Chuyên Viên Growth Marketing

• Planning & Strategy
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and channel performance to propose communication and growth strategies.
  • Develop marketing plans aligned with revenue and brand awareness goals, grounded in real data.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Sales, Product, and Data teams to ensure synchronized execution with measurable KPIs.
• Branding & Brand Management
  • Monitor branding campaign performance through key brand health indicators (Reach,
  • Engagement, Sentiment, ROI).
  • Analyze user data and social feedback to refine content direction and brand positioning.
  • Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and customer journey across all Social Commerce platforms.
• Data, Optimization & Automation
  • Build and manage tracking systems (Pixel, GA4, Posthog, CRM, BI dashboards).
  • Analyze marketing funnels (AARRR, Conversion Path, Retention Cohort) to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
  • Design and execute growth experiments (A/B tests, remarketing campaigns, automation flows).
  • Measure digital campaign performance (CAC, LTV, ROAS, Retention Rate) and prepare periodic reports for management.

• Hard Skills
  • Proficient in Digital Advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, and CRM systems
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data using Google Analytics, Power BI, Data Studio, etc.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and marketing automation platforms

• Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, E-commerce, or related fields
  • 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Data Analysis / Growth Marketing
  • Preferred candidates with experience in E-commerce, Social Commerce, FMCG, or Retail Tech
